
MEtodology
The program’s methodology is aligned with the FFA (Football Federation Australia) curriculum and is tailored to develop the player’s skills and confidence to the highest possible level, so they can thrive at their clubs and be proud of their own abilities and achievements.
The program is divided in 4 progressive core phases:

Fitness
The player’s agility, balance, acceleration, intensity and performance are directly related to their core strength and fitness condition, based on that I’ll directly enhance that capacity at every session.
Structure
Group Sesssions:
The players are allocated to a specific group based on their current skill level, each group have a minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 players.
